Karina has over 20 years of experience in commercial leadership roles around the globe, where she spent her time building some of the world’s most loved and trusted consumer brands. Her passion at work has always been people focused, as she strived to build team and business cultures that inspired and motivated better business performance. Outside of work Karina has a long history of involvement in the community, sitting on a number of boards with care for others at their core. She is proud to have spent over 13 years as a member, and latterly Chairman, of HM Independent Monitoring Board for Heathrow IRC.
